The CBOS has own network of qualified surveyors supervised by 20 area managers. Our regional managers co-ordinate network of 400 interviewers (15-40 per region), systematically select and train them.
Each interviewer is above 20 years of age, 75% have a university degree, 25% are mostly business, political and social science students. CBOS has rigorous standards of interviewers recruitment including interviewing rules, IQ tests, communication skills tests.
